Returns are accepted within 30 days of your invoice date. Shipping charges are not refundable for any non-defective returns. All returns of non-defective products are subject to a restocking fee (20% for all NEW modems and routers and 15% for all other items except Spartan duplication equipment, which is subject to a 30% fee). Buyers are responsible for the return shipping charges. If a package is refused by the customer, they will be responsible for the charges incurred for their shipment. These charges include the shipping cost of the item going to the buyer’s address AND for the cost of the package’s returns trip back to our facility. These charges are nonrefundable. An item is not deemed "defective" if Buyer is returning due to incompatibility with network provider or unwillingness of network provider to support the product or some other reason (i.e., changed mind, ordered in error, ordered wrong model, firmware is incompatible with service provider). Furthermore, some products may not work as expected due to circumstances beyond Seller's control or knowledge. As an example, a High Definition TV Antenna, may not have adequate reception in a particular location due to distance or local interference, resulting in less channels than desired. This is not deemed to be a defective product, rather it would be the result of poor reception and/or other geographic factors. It is the obligation of buyer to make the necessary inquires as to compatibility and product feature before purchasing. It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure that any modem purchased is on their cable providers compatibility list.
